SCRIP PRO 3.7.1 UPDATE
Fix

  • The ID Number now displays next to the name in the Itemized Report.  It previously displayed in version 3.3 and was inadvertently taken out.

 

SCRIP PRO 3.7 UPDATE
Fix

  • Fixed bug when certain amounts entered where not being accepted for vendors with denominations turned off.
  • Fixed error that occurred if you tried to delete a denomination that had no sales or inventory against it.  The software now lets you delete these denominations correctly.
  • Fixed error that would at times show up in the printout only for Period Totals only when a Contributor was involved.

Fix

  • Fixed bug when using the sort order option in the People spreadsheets
  • Fixed obscure 'Program Total' error for 'Credit' column on Itemized Report (under Reporting) that would occur for a few individuals under certain conditions.

 

SCRIP PRO 3.5 UPDATE
New Features and Enhancements

  • Scrip to Order screen now displays by vendor folder.  You can view it the old way (all together alphabetically) by right-clicking on Scrip to Order and choosing 'View Alphabetically'
  • You now have the option of running a Family Report (under Reporting) by folder
  • The Itemized Report (under Reporting) is now significantly faster
  • Added 'Backordered' field to the field listing under Vendor Spreadsheet

Fixes

  • Fixed error for the few customers who were receiving an error when updating vendor information
  • Can now put 100% in for a particular group…used to only accept up to 99%.
  • Fixed error when running people spreadsheet with only tuition credit checked.
  • If you put in Amt. Received as greater than the Scrip Value in the Add Sales screen it now accepts it without having to update the record.
  • Fixed case when entering certain odd amounts in inventory will show up a penny short
  • You can now add inventory for odd amounts, like a penny or two
  • Fixed error when after purging records, if a vendor has 2 or more denominations and you try to change denomination 1 to 0, it would delete the other denominations
  • Vendor profitability report profit column now reads correctly if tuition credit is turned off, and data is in the minimum and default contribution % fields.
  • Fixed situation where putting too many characters in the comments field caused it to bomb
  • Fixed occasional error/bomb when trying to edit a transaction previously entered in the database.
  • Fixed rare freeze when inputting value that is not multiple of denomination size in Add Sales and Add Inventory screen
  • The "New" button on the "Add Sales" screen now refreshes the People list after you have added a new person immediately
  • Fixed situation where the "Apply Contributions To" field did not display properly if you picked a person with no last name (only first name), or if the last name started with a funny character like brackets [ ].
  • Changed wording in spreadsheet Export "Comma Separated (Excel)" and "Tab Separated (Text)" to make it more clear

 

SCRIP PRO 3.3 UPDATE
New Features and Enhancements

  • An Export button has been included in all the Sales and Inventory Detail screens that works just like the export function in the spreadsheets. You can now export your sales and inventory detail information out of Scrip Pro.
  • A new "Delete Transactions" screen has been added when trying to delete a purchase if there is not enough inventory to delete it. This screen will more easily guide you in deleting and re-entering data if this problem occurs.
  • Added the "Only People Who've Purchased" option when running Reports under Reporting. It is now the default option chosen, instead of All People.
  • Added a "Credit Above Minimum Summary" report under Reporting for those programs that calculate Tuition Credit only on amounts above the minimum contribution amount that was set.
  • Better performance and increased speed within the Sales Detail screen.
  • New and improved Help file under Help - Help Contents now makes it easier to search for specific terms and topics.
  • There is now a "FAQ's" link under Help that will link you to the Frequently Asked Questions page of our website.
  • The 'Amount Received' field is now included as an option in the People Format List under the People Spreadsheets.
  • Today's date in now displayed on the Inventory Report (under Reporting) when it is printed.
  • Placed a "Print Scrip Inventory" option when right-clicking under Scrip Inventory.
  • Placed a "Print Scrip to Order" option when right-clicking under Scrip to Order.
  • Added "Electronic Funds Transfer" as a payment type for the Add Inventory screen. This option can only be accessed by creating a new database.

Fixes

  • Setting a password under Security is now working correctly.
  • Fixed problem when trying to print the Inventory Report under Reporting.
  • Some rounding issues in parts of the software are now showing consistent in all reporting screens.
  • Fixes problems that may occur when deleting an adjustment.
  • Minimum Stock Amount can now be set for a denomination of an odd amount (ie. Blockbuster at $3.97). Previously, minimum stock levels would not take.
  • Error in the viewing of Expenses screen and totals when printed are now fixed.
  • Import Module is now called "Import Accounts..." to better reflect the action performed.
  • Are now not allowed to enter inventory over 100% discount, to prevent data entry errors.
  • Various minor fixes included.
