Tracking Families and Scrip Sales
The main screen you see features a familiar Windows Explorer look and feel for easy scrip management. You can create family accounts and organize them into folders. Click on a folder, and important information is conveniently displayed on the main screen for all your accounts within that folder. Simply click on the 'Add Sale' button to start tracking scrip sales.

Track Family Accounts and Data
- Create folders to organize your families and individuals.
- Instantly view all families in a particular folder with detailed accounting that includes Name, Scrip Purchased, Contribution, Credit, Last Transaction and ID Number.
- Track detailed information when creating Family accounts like ID, address, phone etc., including 5 user-defined fields that you designate. Any information can be updated at any time.
- Apply Advanced Profit Splitting Options to each family.
Add and Track Scrip Sales
- Enter all sales ordered by a family on one screen quickly. Autofill of Family and Vendor names provides quicker data entry. Totals are displayed and receipts can be printed if you wish.
- Enter, view and print all sales for a particular person or for all people for any time period in the Sales Details screen. Data can be sorted by any column.
- Track and import sales from all other electronic scrip programs such as Kroger, Ralphs, eScrip, Albertsons, Raley's and others for a complete picture of your fundraising efforts.
