The following are some helpful order form templates, ideas, information and links to help you in your scrip program. 

Download Library

	Scrip Order Form Template #1 Sample Excel template that can be customized to your program and given to families for ordering scrip.
	Scrip Order Form Template #2 Another sample Excel Template to be given to families.
	Importing Family Accounts File (.csv) If you would like to import your existing family account data (names, addresses, etc.) instead of inputting them manually, this file template is formatted to import correctly.  Simply open this file in Excel and copy your data into the appropriate columns.  When finished, save the .csv file and import it into Scrip Pro under 'File - Import Accounts'.
	Importing Vendor Accounts File (.csv) You may import vendor accounts using this template which includes many of the most popular vendors.  Before importing, open the file in Excel and delete the vendors you do not carry (vendors should be added within the software after importing).  Also, you MUST verify the denominations and discount percentages.  When finished, save the .csv file and import it into Scrip Pro under 'File - Import Accounts'.
