From November 28 – December 16, our holiday shipping schedule will go into effect.  We have increased our staff and inventory and expanded our hours to meet the demand of the holiday season.  Because of the increased business, please plan ahead and allow an extra day for us to process your order. We want to service you in the manner in which you have become accustomed throughout the rest of the year with regards to accuracy and customer service. Please know, we will do everything we possibly can to ship orders out as quickly as possible for you.

Therefore, in allowing an extra day, this is how the shipping schedule will be:

Order on:

• Monday, before 1:00 p.m. EST  will ship no later than Wednesday
• Tuesday, before 1:00 p.m. EST will ship no later than Thursday
• Wednesday, before 1:00 p.m. EST will ship no later than Friday
• Thursday, before 1:00 p.m. EST will ship no later than Monday
• Friday, before 1:00 p.m. EST will ship no later than Tuesday

Note that our offices will be closed November 24-25 for Thanksgiving and December 22nd (at noon) and December 23-26 for Christmas.

A few ideas to help you and your program during this busy time:

• Try to avoid having “add-ons”.  We will accomodate you as best as we can but this can slow down processing of your order.
• Be sure all of your contact information is correct, including your phone number and email address.  Login to your account and click the ‘My Account’ link to make sure.
• Please double check your shipping option and realize that you should allow an extra day or so from UPS for ground shipments.  UPS will not guarantee a day for ground shipments, so consider the overnight shipping options.

As the holiday draws near and the Christmas shopping season dwindles down, please be aware that we will do everything we can to supply your scrip needs quickly and efficiently.  However, because of vendor shipping delays and adverse weather conditions in Michigan and the Midwest, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain inventory levels where every vendor we carry will be available through the end of next week. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you submit orders as soon as you can.  We will let you know immediately if we are unable to fulfill your order and have it shipped to you before the 18th of December.

During this busy holiday season, we plan to adhere to our normal shipping schedule of orders in before 1:00 p.m. EST, will ship the next day (Monday-Friday).  However, because of the increased business and delayed shipping times of UPS, orders may be pushed back a day during the time period of December 1st through December 18th.  So, instead of a 1-day turnaround, it may be a 2-day turnaround. We will notify customers if their order is delayed via email.  So, please plan ahead and give yourself a little extra time to receive your order.  Please know that we will get your scrip to you as soon as we can.

You heard right…free shipping is back!  From November 23 – December 31, 2009, orders of $5,000 or more will get free ground shipping – a $7.50 value.  This value will also be applied to any shipping upgrade…so any overnight shipping options will be discounted $7.50 as well.
