The Scrip Pro offices will be closed May 30th for the Memorial Day holiday.  If you need your order by Tuesday, please be sure to place your order by Thursday, May 26th before 1:00 pm. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 31st, at 9:00 a.m.

Scrip Pro will be open during this spring break season during regular office hours.  Office hours are 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.  Online ordering always available on our website.  Have a safe and restful Spring Break!

Scrip Pro has added a $500 Disney denomination along with the $25 and $100 and $1000 currently offered. This is just in time for those Spring Break vacations!  The rebate remains the same at 2%.

It has been a pleasure serving such wonderful coordinators this past year, and we wish every grace and blessing to you and your organization as we look forward to another successful year in 2011.

Beginning November 29th, our holiday shipping schedule will go into effect. In December we will increase our staff, expanded our hours and increase our inventory to meet the demand of the holiday season.  Because of the increased business, please allow an extra day for us to process your order. We want to service you in the manner in which you have become accustomed throughout the rest of the year with regards to accuracy and customer service. Please know, we will do everything we possibly can to ship orders out as quickly as possible for you.

Therefore, in allowing an extra day, this is how the shipping schedule will be:

Order on:
Monday, before 1:00 p.m. EST  will ship no later than Wednesday
Tuesday, before 1:00 p.m. EST will ship no later than Thursday
Wednesday, before 1:00 p.m. EST will ship no later than Friday
Thursday, before 1:00 p.m. EST will ship no later than Monday
Friday, before 1:00 p.m. EST will ship no later than Tuesday

A few ideas to help you and your program during this busy time:

• Try to avoid having “add-ons”.  We will accomodate you as best as we can but this can slow down processing of your order.
• Be sure all of your contact information is correct, including your phone number and email address.
• Please double check your shipping option and realize that you should allow an extra day or so from UPS for ground shipments.  UPS will not guarantee a day for ground shipments.
