Many of our software users ask us for the best way to start a new program year (particularly as we enter into Spring and Summer), or experience anxiety when having to purge records if they’ve never done it.  Purging your records (deleting sales, purchases, expenses or credits) is quick, easy and recommended each year.

We are aware that it sometimes becomes necessary to update your organization’s information such as an email address or shipping information.  You can easily do this by logging in and selecting the  ”My Account” link on your Dashboard.  Here you will see what you need to change to keep your account information current.

We are pleased to announce that The Outback Steakhouse is now offered at an 8% discount rather than the previous 6%. The Outback Steakhouse gift card is also accepted at The Bonefish Grill, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Flemings Prime Steakhouse and Roy’s.  The denomination remains the same at $25.

New in Version 5.1 – our latest software update – is the ability to import sales from electronic scrip programs such as Kroger, Ralphs, eScrip, Albertsons, Raley’s and others.  These programs send you a file once a month or quarter that lists the name and/or ID of each family participating, as well as how much each family raised during that time period.  Once the ID’s for each family are inputted into the software, you can import these sales in just a few clicks – saving you countless hours of data entry each month.

As the holiday draws near and the Christmas shopping season dwindles down, please be aware that we will do everything we can to supply your scrip needs quickly and efficiently.  However, because of vendor shipping delays and adverse weather conditions in Michigan and the Midwest, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain inventory levels where every vendor we carry will be available through the end of next week. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you submit orders as soon as you can.  We will let you know immediately if we are unable to fulfill your order and have it shipped to you before the 18th of December.
