Yes.  You can place the database file on a network drive.  Scrip Pro must be installed and run from the C: (hard drive) of the PC you are working on.  When you launch the software and the 'Open Database' screen appears, simply Browse to the database file on the network.  Only one person (PC) can be in the database at a time, however.
