What is Scrip Pro?
Scrip Pro is a company dedicated to helping schools, churches and other non-profit organizations meet their fundraising goals via the use of merchant certificates.
How does this program make money for my organization?
Scrip Pro is able to purchase large quantities of certificates from various establishments at a discount price. When an organization buys these certificates from Scrip Pro, they too, are receiving a predetermined discount. The organization will then sell these certificates back to the members of its organization at face value. The difference between the face value and the discounted price becomes revenue for the non-profit organization. Visit our How Scrip Works page to learn more.

Why does this fundraising approach work so well?
Families of students and members of organizations love the Scrip approach. Not only are they spared from becoming salespeople themselves, they also do not have to purchase any items that they don't want or need.
So, no more peeler cards, gift wrap and chocolate candy bars. By using same-as-cash scrip certificates to make your normal purchases, you do not need to spend any extra money, AND your organization earns a percentage from every purchase you make!
What organizations can participate?
Any non-profit organization interested in fundraising is eligible to join Scrip Pro. Proof of non-profit status is all that is required.
What gift cards are available through Scrip Pro?
The Merchants page will display a list of all retailers currently available with us. The gift cards we provide are the same ones you would get if you purchased them directly from the retailer yourself.
Do you provide software to track my scrip program data?
Yes, we provide free scrip fundraising software, and it's considered the most comprehensive software on the market today with over 1000 users using it daily.
Is there a cost to get started?
Enrollment is FREE! There is absolutely no cost to get started with Scrip Pro. Go to our Enroll page to set up your account. Learn more on the general steps needed to start a new scrip program.
Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
Group orders are accepted online, through the software, or by calling 574-968-0827.
How do I pay?
Group payments are accepted via ACH (electronic debit) from the group organization’s bank account. You can pay by check, however, we cannot process or ship your order until we receive your check. Because of this delay, we highly recommend using ACH. All payments must be received before shipment.
Is there a fee for a non-sufficient funds check or ACH?
Yes, there is a $25 fee for non-sufficient funds.
Are there shipping and handling charges?
All shipping and handling charges are absorbed by the non-profit organization. Shipping times are based on when the order leaves our office, not when the order is placed. You may choose from the following shipping options:
- $7.50 UPS Ground - 1-5 business days, varies by distance.
- $11.50 UPS Standard Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
- $13.00 UPS Priority Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
- Scrip orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern TIme will be ready for delivery or shipment the following business day.
- Orders received after 1:00 PM Eastern TIme will be available for delivery or shipment the second business day.
For example, if you place your order on Monday before 1:00pm (ET) with Overnight Shipping, it will leave our office on Tuesday and will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed after 1:00pm (ET) Monday, it will leave our office on Wednesday, and arrive on Thursday.
Return Policy
We realize that the circumstances may arise where a return may be necessary. If this happens, please follow the return policy below:
- The program coordinator must contact Scrip Pro within 48 hours of the received shipment.
- Approval must be authorized by Scrip Pro prior to the return.
- Returns must be received back in the Scrip Pro center within 15 days of the shipment date with:
- a copy of the original packing slip
- cards intact, in their original condition
- A 10% restocking fee on the face value of the returned cards with a minimum charge of $5.00 will be incurred by the returning organization.
- All returns are at the buyer’s expense.
