Enrolling with Scrip Pro is quick, easy and free.  Follow these simple steps:

Step 1:  Fill out our Online Enrollment Form
Scrip coordinators must fill out the online form to open a new account for their non-profit group. 

Step 2:  Fax together the following:

• Letter of Determination or Verification of Tax ID
  We need documented proof of your non-profit status, and are required to keep it on file in our office. 
• ACH Authorization Form
  Fill out and fax our ACH Authorization Form to utilize our automatic debit to pay for your certificates.  A personal check from your organization is also accepted, yet that will delay the processing of your order. If you do decide to pay us by check, please let us know as we won’t be able to ship your certificates until payment is received.

Please fax both items together to 866-479-6801 as soon as possible as we cannot set up your account without them. Once we receive all your paperwork you may place your first order.
